    "The only concern I have (that I discovered at the time of signing the paperwork) is the runflat tires. I did alot of online research and many have said horrible things. Thank God, the nice lady helping me with the financial paperwork told me about the insurance policy and her experience with the tires. It cost me almost $1000 more than I was prepared for and with a product like that it should have been included in my extended maintaince policy. When I read in the book I need to come in every month to have the pressure tested...I thought no big deal...I will have the oil topped off and have it washed and then I saw that the car has to SIT 2HRS if it has gone more than 2miles. That is alot of time to spend at the dealership each month. Perhaps I can get a loaner to run errands? The nice service guys did reassure me that they can top off the oil if I provide it....which I have already purchased. That is very nice since it has to be checked every month as well. He said that I had to fix my windshield because it had multiple shatters and they could get big easily and told me to use my insurance, once I told him who I ha he said they didn't work with it and if I want it done there it wa going to e 60 per each and there were 4. I find it equally ridiculous I have to rent a car because mini doesn't have any loaners for me to use.
